Insured for loss or damage up to £50, if your order is more than the cover insurance and it gets lost or damaged we will not able to reimburse you for the extra cost.

Once your order has left us we have no control over the time it takes to reach you and we can only see what you can see on the tracking. please contact Royal Mail direct to get more information on the status of your order.

 

PLEASE NOTE– we are not responsible for incorrectly entered information at check out. If you have entered your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, You will have to wait until the package has returned back at our warehouse before we can refund the goods or arrange to resend – p&p to be paid by customer for re shipping. if your order does not return back to us and is lost or damaged we will not be held responsible due to incorrect address. Shipping/Postage costs are Non-Refundable. If your order is refunded it will only be for the cost of the items in the order. 

If your order is unable to be delivered to you it has our return address so will be returned to us. if you would like a refund for your order you will need to wait until the package has arrived back to us before we can issue a refund for the products (shipping non refundable)
